Season Finish 12th at Lee County Speedway

Still Having Fun!!
We did it!! We made it through a very difficult year without our dear friend Ron. It is hard to put into words the void we felt when Ron passed in March but our resolve to finish this deal in honor of Ron Seipel (know it is misspelled) was strong and focused. We were able to finish 12th in the season points in a very competitve class as a rookie.

Tonight was filled with laughs and conversation about the future. The picture above tells the story. Tim and Randy seem to be enjoying each other in a close and personal way. I am now left out regularly as they share in those quite moments together (ha). We will always remember the mean things Randy has said about his driver this year.
"I need my pills!"

Randy has a stress fracture in his left arm. The problem is he can not find a physician who is not just practicing medicine to tell him that it is broke. I have diagnosed it but do not have the license to prescribe medicine. I hope someone reads this and is able to help this poor soul. Doesn't he look like he has a stress fracture in his left arm? Thanks Randy for all you do!! I so appreciate so many things about you. Your patience with me... being one of them.

Tim, I sure hope you will be able to find a way to trade for Dan Wenig's truck. You definitely have the skills in talking with everyone you meet. No matter where we park at the track, we always find a new group of friends. The Wenig's are some pretty cool cats.
Tim's soon to be new truck.... Lydia doesn't know
We are not done yet. We have decided to run at the in Burlington, Iowa next Saturday night and then three other nights this fall. We will keep you all posted.
